Josh Ballard is responsible for designing and implementing both the peer-to-peer application blocking systems and the Housing registration systems. The peer-to-peer systems have helped the University more effectively use our Internet bandwidth to support the University’s mission. Both projects reflect a great deal of innovation and involve fairly new, leading edge technology.
