Nominations should represent an activity, service, or contribution that can be considered as "above and beyond the call of duty." Nominations should include names of 2 references that can confirm the nominee´s accomplishments. (Please advise references prior to submission of nominations.)

• Nomination is based on individual goals for unclassified employees or priority outcomes for classified employees
• Nomination represents an activity, service, or contribution that can be considered as "above and beyond the call of duty"
• Nomination should include names of 2 individuals who have agreed to be references that can confirm the nominee's accomplishments

  NOTE: Previous Award Recipients in a $125 award category (Spirit of IT, Customer Service, IT Innovator and Rising Star Student) are ineligible for another award in a $125 award category for a period of two years following the year they won. They are eligible the following year for the $300 IT Gold award and Meritorious Achievement.
