Project timeline

The following is the estimated project timeline for the K-State implementation of Zimbra:

  • April - August 2008: Implementation planning
  • October 2008: In-depth testing by ITS (Information Technology Services)
  • November 2008 - May 2009: Pilot testing
  • May 29 - May 31, 2009: Zimbra e-mail migration
  • May 31, 2009: New system available to all K-Staters
  • Fall 2009 semester: Implementation planning for Zimbra calendaring
