- Flip 4 light switches on
- Switch to the left is a dimmer switch for the podium
light
- Podium light- rectangular switch on wall, left of podium
- Front and chalkboard lights are to right of the screen
- Using the microphones
- Podium mic-push black button on front
- Wireless mic (found in drawer)-turn switch on and hold
black button until red light comes on (about 2 seconds)
- Handheld mic-push buttom at bottom to turn on/off
- Using the Projector
- Press "display power" button to turn on
- Select the correct button on the Extron Media Link Controller
that applies to the device in use (PC, MAC, VCR, Document
Laptop, Camera)
- Using/Projecting the Computer
- PC
- Press the PC button on the Media Link
- PC should be on- if monitor is black, move mouse
- MAC
- Turn on MAC; press power button on tower
- Press "MAC" switch on Media Link
- Using the (VP) Visual Presenter
(ELMO)
- Raise camera arm and lights
- Turn on VP
- Press the "Document Camera" switch on the Media
Link Controller
- Using the DVD Player
- Turn on DVD Player "Power"
- Select the "DVD" or "VCR" button on the Media Link
