Start-Up for JU109

1. Podium-needed for any activity
   • Unlock 4 locks-Steps (1A-1D) 1D small closet left of podium
   • Open large closet door
2. Using the Room Lighting-Inside big closet, straight back-get better visibility of display
• Preset dims 1-4 (4 lowest), press numbered switches
3. Using the microphones-Sound system switch in big closet on east wall
   • Sound system should be ON
   • Podium mic-push red LED button
   • Wireless mic (found in the top drawer)-turn switch on
4. Using the Projector-located back of room behind screen in closet
   • Touch left Creston Display Panel
5. Using/Projecting the Computer
   • Press PC on Creston Display
   • Press "Send to Projector"
   • PC should be on. If monitor is black, move mouse
   • Remote mouse is Gyromouse on back on top of PC cradle/charger
6. Using the (VP) Visual Presenter to show hard copy
   • Turn on VP
   • Raise camera arm & lights
   • Turn on desired lamps
   • Press Document button on Creston Display
   • Press "Send to Projector"
7. Using the DVD player
   • Select DVD on Creston Display
   • Turn on DVD power
   • Press "Send to Projector"

Shut-Down for JU109

End of class-prepare for next person-needed if equipment was used

1. If used DVD Player
   • Eject DVD
   • Turn off DVD Player "Power"
2. If used VP
   • Turn off VP
   • Lower lights & camera arm
3. Computer shut-down
• PC-Leave on-Go to: Start-->Shut Down-->Restart the Computer-->Yes
4. Turn off Projector Press "Exit System" button
5. Turn off microphones (either button and/or switch)
6. Put Away All Remotes-Remember to properly seat Gyromouse on its cradle/charger
7. Podium
   • Lock 4 locks-Steps (1A-1D)
8. Lighting
   • Turn off closet light
   • Close closet door, check to see if locked
   • Turn off room lights when leaving by exit door if no class following
9. Hotline-Get Help-Phone in walk-in closet
   • Dial 2-5798
