- Podium Power remains on at all times. If power is off, power switch is located
in the podium
- Using the Room Lighting-get better
visibility of display
- Switches inside classroom door, on left
- Switches near podium for front row lights
- Using the Projector
- Lower room lights to view projector bulb
- Press "On/Off" button on projector remote
- Press Input 1 for PC
- Press Input 3 VCR/Visual Presenter
- Using/Projecting the Computer
- PC should be on. If monitor is black, move mouse
- Press Extron box, in lower cabinet, switch 1 to project
- Using the Viewing Monitor: Turn
on switch on top of small monitor. If a monitor is fluttering,
that piece of equipment is not turned on.
- Using the (VP) Visual Presenter (Epson)
to show hard copy
- Turn on VP, lights will be visible on panel when on
- Raise camera arm and lights
- Turn on desired lamps
- Press "Mode" button to select SVGA or VGA
mode
- Press button 4 on Extron box bottom cabinet right side
- Using the DVD Playerto show DVD located
in left door of podium
- Turn on DVD Player "Power"
- Insert DVD
