- Unlock 4 locks-Steps (1A-1D)
- Podium Power remains on at all times. If power is off, power switch is located
at the bottom of the podium in the center
- Using the Room Lighting-get better
visibility of display
- Light switches are to the left of the entry door
- Top switch controls one half of room
- Bottom switch controls other half of room
- Using the Computer
- Press the #1 button on the Extron box
- PC should be on. If monitor is black, move mouse
- Using the Viewing Monitor: If
a monitor is fluttering, that piece of equipment is not turned
on
- Using the (VP) Visual Presenter
(ELMO) to show hard copy
- Turn on VP
- Raise camera arm and lights
- Press the #4 button on the Extron box

- If used VP
- Turn off VP
- Lower lights & camera arm
- Computer shut-down
- Replace wireless mouse in cradle/charger
- PC-Leave on (Go to Start-->Shut Down-->Restart)
- Put Away all Remotes
- Podium
- Lock 4 locks-Steps (1A-1D)
- Lighting turn off lights
- Hotline-Get Help-Phone in drawer
