Start-Up for AK221

1. Podium-needed for any activity
   • Unlock door
   • Podium Power remains on at all times. If power is off, power switch is located at the top of the left cabinet
2. Using the Room Lighting-get better visibility of display
• On/Off switches control small sections from front, center to back
3. Using the Projector
   • Lower front room lights to view projector bulb
   • Press "Display Power" button on Media Link contol
   • Press "PC" fpr PC, "Document Camera" for the Visual Presenter, and "Laptop" for Laptop
   • Press"VCR" for VCR/DVD player
4. Using/Projecting the Computer
   • Press the "PC" switch on the Media Link control
   • PC should be on. If monitor is black, move mouse
5. Using the (VP) Visual Presenter to show hard copy
   • Raise camera arm and lights
   • Turn on VP power switch on right of unit
   • Press the "Document Camerar" button on the Media Link control
6. Using theDVD Player
   • Select VCR on the Media Link and use remote located inside the cabinet on the right hand side.

Shut-Down for AK221

End of class-prepare for next person-needed if equipment was used

1. If used DVD Player
   • Eject DVD
   • Turn off power
2. Computer shut-down
   • Replace wireless mouse in cradle/charger
   • PC-On bottom menu bar-Select: Start-->Shut Down-->Restart the Computer-->Yes
3. Turn off Projector Press "Display power" button on Media Link controller and hold for two seconds
4. Put Away All Remotes
5. Podium
   • Lock door
6. Lighting turn off lights if no class following
7. Hotline-Get Help-Phone in right side of podium
