How to submit an event notice

The Change Management Board also maintains the Status of IT Services web site.

There are times when IT service events are small or local enough that going through a full change request planning & review process is unnecessary.  In those cases if the IT department would like the Change Management Board to facilitate communications they can request the posting of a notice of the IT service event on the Status of IT Services web site by following the procedure below:

  1. Download the e-mail notification template and fill it out.
  2. Prior to the service event, send the e-mail notification to cmb-l@k-state.edu with the subject line including:
