The Central IT Change Management Board (CMB) regularly reviews proposals and helps to communicate and announce pending changes. Questions or comments can be directed to the CMB at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The CMB is open to central IT departments who wish to adopt standardized change management processes, and participate in the review and coordination of service requests. CMB representatives are responsible for attending weekly meetings, coaching their department on the use of templates and processes, communicating changes to processes, and coordinating departmental work space on the CMB web site.
The CMB meets regularly to review proposed changes. Change requests received by Friday at 5 p.m. will be reviewed by the CMB no later than the following Wednesday. The CMB evaluates proposed changes from several perspectives:
