Hotel Information


Short courses



Hotel, meals and other personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.

Please refer to course to see specific dates.

A block of hotel rooms will be available to you at a special group rate. Please mention International Grains Program (IGP) and the name of the short course when making hotel reservations. Also, include your preference of a double or single room and smoking or non-smoking room. If cancellation is necessary, contact the hotel(s) at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges on your account.

Hotel reservations should be made at least four weeks prior to the start of the short course. The special group rate and rooms may not be available after that time.

All courses held in Manhattan, Kansas will use the Clarion Hotel. Please refer to the specific course for specific dates and other hotel stays required.

Meals and laundry: about $32.00 per day.

Field trip hotel information is determined within six weeks of the start of each course. Registrants will receive information on which hotel to contact for making reservations at the field trip hotel(s).
