Flour milling technology, product distribution, manufacturing and engineering safety, union negotiation, regulatory compliance, food safety and personnel management.

Additional Information
Prior to joining the Grain Science Department, McFall spent 17 years in the wheat milling industry. His experience included mill management and operations with the Pillsbury Company and Fisher Mills, Inc. Most recently he was Senior Vice President-Milling for Fisher Mills, Inc of Seattle, WA. He served as an industry representative to the Washington Wheat Commission, is past president of the Association of Operative Millers and currently serves as chairman of the AOM Board of Directors. McFall is also the former flour milling specialist for the International Grains Program.
