Additional Information
Dr. Bennett joined the Department of Grain Science and Industry in 2002 after working for Farmland Industries for seven years. In 1995 he served as manager of the Farmland Grain Quality Laboratory and was promoted to Director, Technical Services and Grain Quality Laboratory in 1999. Dr. Bennett worked directly with customers in both domestic and international grain markets. He conducted seminars and training programs for both government and private sector importers, millers and bakers.

Before he joined Farmland, Dr. Bennett worked for the American Institute of Baking as the science and mathematics instructor from 1978 to 1983. He then was appointed to the director of the Cereal Chemistry Department.
