Workshop participants may park in the east and west lots of the K-State Alumni Center. A campus permit is not needed to park in these lots, but you will be asked to register your vehicle model and license number when you check in at the workshop registration desk.
Participants staying at the Holiday Inn at the Campus are encouraged to walk across the street to the Alumni Center. Complimentary parking is offered to hotel guests.
IMPORTANT:Parking at the Alumni Center is limited. If the lots are full and if you do not have a K-State faculty/staff permit, you will need to purchase a $4 (per day) visitor permit at the information booth northeast of the Alumni Center. The permit will allow you to park in lot D1, which is located along Denison Avenue, east of the Alumni Center and the old football stadium. Please arrive early to allow adequate time to park before the workshop.
The new parking garage is open but is currently unavailable for conference parking. If you choose to use garage parking, regular garage rates apply. Rates are currently $1.50 per hour or $12 per day.
