Hours are variable or 5:30AM to 2:30PM. This is a 9 month, benefits eligible, school employee position. Some shifts may include a $.40 shift differential. Application materials will be screened using the following preferred requirements for skills, experience or educational background: Commercial/institutional cooking experience, sanitation experience/HAACP, experience with commercial food safety equipment and lead worker experience, training coordinating. Incumbent will work as part of an award winning dining services team in a residence hall dining center. Position serves as a lead cook in food preparation.
