Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Overview (WTD141)

What it is and What it is not.

This presentation will discuss FMLA rights and responsibilities, and will be beneficial for individual employees and those departmental assistants who give and receive documentation. While not a "how to" session, this overview will cover the basics of FMLA that are critical to the process. You will learn what steps to take in requesting FMLA (employee) and in designating FMLA (department), and become familiar with FMLA terminology.

Presenter: Stephanie Harvey, Manager, Benefits Administration, Human Resources
