It is the employee's responsibility to obtain the necessary departmental approvals prior to enrolling.
As a supervisor, eventually you will need to counsel or discipline an employee — whether it's for poor performance or unacceptable behavior. Techniquees presented in this session can turn around these problem situations, saving both you and the employee from a somewhat polarizing experience. In addition, appropriate coaching can save the university its considerable investment in the employee and reduce the risk of legal repercussions. Step by step, you will learn to effectively coach employees and avoid the drain of sub-par performance and improper conduct.
This session will also focus on the attendance guidelines and some common myths regarding those guidelines.
