Or e-mail training@ksu.edu and include your name, department, employee ID number (required), course title and course date. Enrollment will be confirmed by an e-mail response to the sender.
It is the employee's responsibility to obtain the necessary departmental approvals prior to enrolling.
Intended Audience: This session is for supervisors and managers and will be held in conjunction with Intro to Supervision training

Join us in an interactive presentation to increase your confidence and skill in effective communication about difficult workplace situations. This two-hour session will include information, discussions, role plays, and other interactive activities.
