The Challenge of Criticism: Approaching and Overcoming Difficult Conversations (Course number WTD151)

Intended Audience: This session is for supervisors and managers and will be held in conjunction with Intro to Supervision training

Many of us equate confrontation with conflict. Though this may not always be true, it can make us avoid it altogether. Join us in an interactive presentation to increase your confidence and skill in effective communication about difficult workplace situations. This two-hour session will include information, discussions, role plays, and other interactive activities.
