You may enroll through HRIS Self-Enrollment to receive immediate confirmation (If you are unfamiliar with the Self-Enrollment process, please refer to KSU Training Enrollment directions). Or e-mail training@ksu.edu and include your name, department, employee ID number (required), course title and course date. Enrollment will be confirmed by an e-mail response to the sender.
It is the employee's responsibility to obtain the necessary departmental approvals prior to enrolling.

The Kansas Learning Quest Education Savings Program is established by the State of Kansas and administered by the Treasurer of the State of Kansas.
American Century Investment Company is the program manager for employee investments. These investment plans, sometimes called 529 plans, offer tax-deferred earnings growth and potentially reduced taxes on withdrawals. Contributions are made on an after-tax basis for the benefit of named beneficiaries.
