The Official Bulletin Boards PPM Chapter 3045, has been revised effective May 6, 2013 to update the Family and Medical Leave Act and Workers Compensation (KWC-40) posters, and to add the Workers Compensation (KWC-40A) poster that applies to dates for accidents on or after April 25, 2013.

May 7, 2013 was the deadline for employers to discontinue using the old Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9. Employers must begin using the new form that was released on March 8, 2013 for new hires and reverifications. Human Resources will no longer accept the old version of Form I-9.
