Chapter 4220 of the PPM,
Hours of Work, Overtime, and Compensatory Time, the Fair Labor Standards Act
(FLSA) and Chapter 4650, Unclassified Employee Personnel Actions, have been revised
to reflect the responsibility for determining exempt status on unclassified
positions is now under the Classification Services unit of the Division of
Human Resources. You may view these
