Classification Services has revised the Overtime
Compensation Agreement for Non-exempt Employees (PER-34) form for employees for
use prior to performing over-time hours.
This form is available on the Human Resources Home Page under Forms and Classification Services. See PPM Chapter 4220 and 4450 for complete information
on FLSA and Compensation. This document
is to be kept on file in the department.
