Calendar Year 2015 will have 27 paychecks (due to the Holiday of 1/1/16 being paid on 12/31/15) which will impact employees in 2015 — however, FY16 (July, 2015 – June, 2016) still has only 26 paychecks — July and Dec of 2015 are the only two months to have 3 paychecks in that fiscal year.
Fiscal Year 2017 will have 27 paychecks because July, 2016; Dec, 2016; and June, 2017 will all have 3 paychecks — resulting in 27 paychecks for the fiscal year.
