New Feature in HRIS
For those who update funding
… you're going to like this! A yellow
button labeled "Dept Budget Summary" is now located on the Department
Budget Earnings page in the lower right hand corner. Selecting this button before or after saving
funding changes will provide a quick display of the funding summary for
earnings, deductions, and taxes. To close the summary page, select the browser close
button.

Please note, the Employee
Self Service Insurances Summary page allows employees to view supplemental life
insurance coverage amounts. Coverage amounts on this page do not reflect
the 150% basic term life insurance every State of Kansas benefits eligible
employee receives at no cost. This page displays only employee paid supplemental life insurance.
