know, Stephanie Fox resigned her position with the Division of Human Resources,
Payroll and Employee Data, on September 30th. Until a

Accident Injury Report Form
The Workers’ Compensation
accident/injury report form (PER-17) has been revised. It is now an Accident/Injury Report, with the
same form number. This new version can
be found on the Human Resources forms web page as
either:
a. Accident/Injury Report (PER-17) (Workers’ Compensation) or
b. Workers’ Compensation Accident/Injury Report (PER-17)
Departments are requested to begin using the new version of the Accident/Injury Report form. Numerous other benefits program forms have been cross-referenced on both the HR forms web page and the Benefits forms web page.

Changes to Minimum Requirements
The State of Kansas
Division of Personnel Services (DPS) recently completed a project updating all
job classes with new minimum requirements.

HRIS Payroll Funding
There has been an enhancement to the Payroll Funding Table
in HRIS. To insure that the correct fund
source and organization are identified when entering a non-grant project, the
fund source and organization fields automatically clear and no longer display
prior project information when the non-grant project is entered. When updating the project, users will need to
