A Background Check webpage has been created and may be found at http://www.k-state.edu/hr/backgrdcheck.htm on the HR web pages. It provides information in the form of the link to the new PPM Chapter 4015, the Background Check Request Form, which now includes completion instructions on page two, Graduate Assistant Application Procedures, and the Summary of Rights from the FCRA.
