As a department personnel specialist, it is important to update the following information on-line in HRIS by October 1 each year: Academic rank, contract data, education data, service code data as well as unclassified data (tenure status/date, faculty senate standing, etc.).
To sustain current information, any time throughout the year when data alters, please update within 20 days of change.
