Revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
The U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
have updated the Employment Eligibility Verification Form (Form I-9) to
eliminate outdated references to the former Immigration and Naturalization
Service (INS) and its parent agency, the Department of Justice. Aside from replacing outdated references to
the Department of Justice and the former INS with references to DHS and its
components, the updated Form I-9 is the same as the

On Campus Work Permits
This is a reminder that Foreign National (non-resident)
hourly student employees must have a 2005 Fall On Campus Work Permit
completed. This includes current student
employees as well as rehires and new hires.
For all other non-resident employees such as Graduate Students and
Faculty, work permits are required at the time of hire and usually go through
the end of their appointment. The On
