HealthQuest is offering one last onsite screening event in Manhattan on Tuesday, July 10, at Kansas State University, Edwards Hall, Rm. 107 Commons. The biometric values you receive from the health screening are needed to complete the online health assessment questionnaire which is a requirement to receive the 2013 HealthQuest Rewards premium incentive discount.
