Samples of completed Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification forms are now available on the HR website. The samples represent the most common Form I-9 scenarios for a U.S. citizen as well as Foreign National employees. Detailed instructions on how to complete the Form I-9 can be found at http://www.k-state.edu/hr/ped/compI-9.html
For security purposes email correspondence or attachments should not contain an employees' personal identifiable information such as their social security number. Certain HR documents require this number to be listed on the form. These documents should be submitted to HR via campus mail, hand delivered to our office in Edwards Hall, or in those instances where there is some urgency, the form may be sent to HR via fax.
