K-State eID passwords now need to be changed every 180 days in order to access K-State's information technology resources (i.e., HRIS, iSIS, FIS, etc.) and comply with university policy. If you fail to change your password, you will lose access to K-State email and other resources.

Please remind any staff members in your department when hiring new employees to have the applicant complete the current Background Check Form (PER-59) dated 1/2013. Please refer to the article in the December 21, 2012 HR Newsletter.
