Recording Leave for EXEMPT Employees
To record leave for a classified or unclassified EXEMPT employee who is less than full-time and who is on leave the entire week or pay period, record the number of leave hours the employee is to be paid as shown in the following examples:

FTE equals .9 36 leave hours will be recorded each week.

FTE equals .8 32 leave hours will be recorded each week.

FTE equals .7 28 leave hours will be recorded each week.

FTE equals .6 24 leave hours will be recorded each week.

FTE equals .5 20 leave hours will be recorded each week.

HRIS Training Administration
The Division of Human Resources and Employee Relations\Training are compiling training information and entering the data in HRIS. Access to view or print an employee's training history in HRIS may be gained by completing the HRIS\ PeopleSoft Access Form. Enter TRNUSER on the "Other Operation Class Selection" line. Access and instructions will be provided after the form has been processed. If you have any questions, contact Alma Deutsch at (785) 532-1448.
