The "Active Employee with Visa Expiration" report has been renamed "Work Permit Expiration." Personnel Specialists use this report to identify employees within a department or department group who have a work permit expiration date in HRIS. This report may be run at any time for any range of dates. This is an excellent tool for tracking employees whose work permits will be expiring. Several modifications were made to increase the efficiency of the report, such as adding the .csv file option for sorting ability. A new work permit along with a Form I-9 must be submitted to the Division of Human Resources prior to the current work permit expiration date for an employee to remain on the payroll.
