HR Publications Page Update
We will begin posting information sent out on distribution lists (i.e. HRINFO-Listserv, PAG-Listserv, etc.) to our HR Publications web page under the HR Memorandum heading. You may access our HR Publications page at: or on the HR Home page by clicking on HR Publications.

New HRIS Time and Leave Edit
In the future, a WARNING message will appear if a timekeeper attempts to remove holiday credit while recording time and leave. When a holiday occurs within the pay period, holiday credit (HDC Holiday Credit-nonexempt or HDE Holiday Credit-exempt) automatically appears for most employees on the employee's time document and/or on the employee's time entry page. Normally, the employee is entitled to the holiday credit regardless if they work the holiday or not. Exceptions apply if the employee is on leave without pay, sabbatical leave, or has terminated. The message that will appear is only a warning and will allow the row to be deleted if one of the exceptions listed above apply. Questions regarding holiday credit may be directed to Alma Deutsch at (785) 532-1448 or Kristi Fronce at (785) 532-1889.

Effects to HRIS When Changing to a New eID
If HRIS users change their eID, this new eID will be used as their User ID to access HRIS. HRIS users who have changed their eID will need to create a new Run Control ID to run, view or print HRIS reports. Due to the volume of eID changes being made during this time, the change process to the administrative systems such as HRIS could take up to a week. Email will be sent to an employee’s new eID when these systems have been updated to use the new ID. Please refer any questions to the ISO Help Desk at (785) 532-6282.
