The CWSP Dist
Page is intended to be used to verify CWSP payouts (Federal
and Department Share) and includes:
- P.E. Date: (payroll end date)
- Pay Group:
- Seq: (Empl Rcd #)
- Status:
- A=Active
- I=Inactive
- P=Paid Out
- CWSP Limit:
(amount
of CWSP award)
- Dept Share: (dept share for pay period)
- Federal Share: (Federal share for pay period)
- Total Earnings: (total earnings Federal/Dept to date)
The Student Verification page is intended to verify
FICA/SUT
(State Unemployment Tax) status but also includes other HRIS and SIS data:

- V2=2nd year Vet Med
- V3-3rd year Vet Med
- V4-4th year Vet Med

- S=Salina
