Deleting Browser Cache Files
If the Employee Self Service/Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
is
slow to respond, the browser cache files may need to be
cleared/deleted. To delete cache files, follow these steps:
Internet Explorer
- Select Tools, Internet Options
- Select the General tab

Go to the Temporary Internet Files area
- Select "Delete Files"
- Select OK
Netscape Navigator 4.7 to 6
- Select Edit, Preferences
- Select Advanced, Cache
- Select the Clear Memory Cache button and select OK to confirm.
- Select the Clear Disk Cache button and select OK to confirm.
- Click OK.
Netscape Navigator 7, 7.01 or Mozilla
- Select Edit, Preferences
- Select Navigator, History
- Select Clear History
- Click OK.
