To Import Pay Check Distribution Summary into Microsoft Excel
- Access Microsoft Excel, minimize.
- Access HRIS:
Compensate Employees > Maintain Payroll Data (US) >
Inquire > Pay Check Distribution Summary:

While viewing the page, high-light information below blue ribbon
(i.e., Category,
Distribution Type, FRS #, Funding Information, and Voucher Amount).
- After information has been hi-lighted, select
Edit ... Copy. Minimize HRIS.
- Maximize/restore Microsoft Excel. Select the desired
cell/location
for imported information.
- Select Edit....Paste Summary information will appear
in the spreadsheet.
