The Leave Record is provided for those full-time employees who want to maintain leave accruals, usage and balances. The leave record is offered in four versions on the leave forms page.
There are four leave records within the document. Print only the leave record that applies to you by selecting the File menu, select Print, and select the page number on the Page Range portion of the Print dialog box.
The Excel version of the form is designed to be used online (save you copy locally) since it calculates your ending balance after each recording of leave used.
