K-State eID (electronic ID) is required and will need to be included on the appointment form to complete the hire process for all new K-State faculty, staff, and students. Prospective employees will need to self register to create a K-State eID (electronic ID) by accessing the following Web site and following the registration instructions: http://eid.K-state.edu.
User assistance is available by contacting the IT Help Desk at (785) 532-7722 or helpdesk@ksu.edu.
Undergraduate and graduate students need a K-State eID to enroll, they will have created/registered for an eID and should know their K-State eID prior to being hired as a student employee.
If an employee was hired several months ago and does not have an eID, they need to complete the self registration process to create an eID and be sure they include their HRIS Employee ID in the registration process.
