The mission of the HealthQuest program is to partner with employees to improve their health and well-being and to better manage health care costs. Some of the services offered include a 24/7 Nurse Line, Health Coaching, and Wellness Challenges
The HealthQuest wellness portal is an online tool that supports you by offering health information and interactive tools for shared medical decision-making and better self-care. You have access to the most up-to-date health & wellness information 24 hours a day.
Health and Wellness is a free online course offered through Kansas State University Global Campus and the College of Human Ecology that will focus on small, realistic changes a person can make to improve their health, physical fitness and overall wellbeing.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a special service provided for State of Kansas benefits eligible employees and their dependents at no charge. The EAP provides information, short-term counseling, advice, and referrals from licensed professionals who understand the typical stresses we all face day in and day out. EAP counselors are available 24/7 at 1-888-275-1205 (option 7) to provide immediate care, concern, and assistance because life’s questions don’t always come between 8 and 5. TDD/TT 800-697-0353.

Recreational Services' mission is to develop, promote, and manage the administration of recreational and fitness facilities, services, and programs for the campus community at Kansas State University. Active and healthy lifestyles enhance opportunities for the continuance of personal and professional maintenance and growth. Memberships are available for faculty and staff as well as their spouses and dependents.
Offered through the Department of Kinesiology, the Lifestyle Improvement through Fitness Enhancement (L.I.F.E.) program is available Monday – Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Natatorium.
Available for faculty and staff and their family members over age 18.
