It is important that the Division of Human Resources (HR) has the correct home address and phone number on file for both current employees and those who have recently resigned. Benefits information and employee W-2's are sent to the employee's home address.
Address information may be updated through Employee Self-Service in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). If you have problems updating Employee Self-Service or have questions please contact your personnel specialist.
If you resign or retire from the university please advise your department personnel specialist of your forwarding address. W-2's are mailed to the last known address in HRIS. It is important that we have the most up-to-date data so the employee will receive a timely W-2.
Please contact your personnel specialist for changes to your work address or phone number.
Campus Phone Book
At the beginning of September HR provides Student Publications, Inc. with faculty/staff name, work address and phone, business title or job title, home address and phone for the campus phone book. This information is provided for all regular employees and temporary unclassified employees of K-State and our affiliated corporations. E-mail addresses are provided by Information Technology Services and student information is provided by the Registrar's Office.
Please follow the instructions above to review and correct your address. If you wish to have your home address and phone number suppressed from the phone book, when editing your address, make sure the box is checked next to 'Please do not print address and phone number in Campus Phone Book'.
