Classified Employees: Full-time exempt employees earn 3.7 hours per pay period. Full-time non-exempt employees earn according to the number of hours in pay status during a pay period. Part-time employees earn proportionately to their appointment FTE.

When Eligible Sick leave accrual starts on the first day of employment.
