Savings Plans

The State of Kansas, Kansas Board of Regents and Kansas State University offer numerous savings plans for employees. The following savings plans are available to all employees (benefits eligible and non-benefits eligible):

• Deferred Compensation

• Education Savings Program

The following savings plans are available to benefits-eligible employees:

• Kansas Board of Regents Voluntary Tax Sheltered Annuity

• Savings Bonds

Contributions to any of these plans are made by the employee – there are no matching employer contributions.
