KDHE State Employee Health Plan - Caremark Prescription Drug Plan
Eligibility: (1) First day of the month following 30 days of employment, (2) during open enrollment, or (3) within 31 days of a qualifying event. (Must be enrolled in group health insurance.)
Funding: The university and employee contribute toward the cost of coverage.
