as appropriate:
Faculty Members: Contact the Dean of your respective college.
At-Large Staff Members: Contact the Dean of Student Life (Pat Bosco)
Graduate Student Members: Contact Grad Student President (Kara Dillard) Graduate students should return the application to the Graduate Student Council president in 103 Fairchild Hall
Undergraduate Members-Manhattan: Student Body President (Dalton Henry) Undergraduate students should bring the application to EITHER the Honor & Integrity System office at 215 Fairchild Hall OR the Office of Student Activities and Services (lower level of the Student Union on the EAST side of the open courtyard.)
