Appeal, Grievance, Hearing Process
Kansas State University believes that its employees are a valuable resource, and realizes that occasional employment conflicts are inevitable when people work together. In trying to resolve employment conflicts among employees as fairly as possible, the University provides a dispute resolution process (pdf) for all permanent university support staff (USS), Faculty, and Unclassified employees.
Employees are encouraged to contact Employee Relations and Engagement early and as often as needed for assistance with conflict resolution and finding ways for individuals and teams to explore common ground and aligned purpose.
