The following steps are provided for departmental administrative staff to purchase licenses:
- Determine the number of licenses in each bundle that your unit would like to purchase.
- Decide if your unit would like to have your own LearnSmart administrator at no extra cost. An administrator has the ability to view course completion rates, run reports, and assign relevant course content within the unit, and get the most out of LearnSmart. If you opt out of this option, Learning and Development, in the KSU Division of Human Capital Services, is glad to provide reporting/assignment functions as needed.
- Contact Mark Tarry at LearnSmart to get fast, easy order fulfillment. When you contact Mark, you will be asked to complete an order form.
On-boarding and Support
Once purchasing is complete, the individual training license(s) will be activated by Tina Willis at LearnSmart. Tina will provide an orientation overview and a personalized on-boarding experience for the user and/or administrator.
