Printing 201- Advanced Partnering with University Printing

Course Name:  Printing 201

Prerequisite:  None

Department:  University Printing 

Length of Session:  1.5 Hours

Audience: All Students, Faculty, and Staff

Session Description:  As a follow up to Printing 101, this session will focus on design, file preparation, ink color(s), paper, folding and samples of printed products from across campus.

Session Objectives:  As a result of this session, participants will:

  • Learn the best practices for creating and sending files for print and large format,
  • Learn how to make adjustments to color, 
  • Learn the best papers and sizes for specific jobs, layouts, bleeds, and alternative designs.
