Audience:  Search Committee Members and Hiring Managers

Session Description:  Serving on a search committee? This session will provide recommended guidelines and resources to search committee members and hiring managers. There are interactive tools embedded to enhance the participants experience.

Session Objectives:  As a result of this session, participants will:

  • Emphasize and reiterate the importance of maintaining fair and consistent practices for the recruitment, interview, and selection process
  • Learn roles and responsibilities of search committee and interview panels
  • Understand the importance of diversity and inclusion principles in the recruitment process
