Session Description:
A course to provide a training session for on-line users that will focus on how to use the HRIS to create and maintain positions. This course will be held in a computer lab and each participant will have access to a computer for completing activities presented in class.Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will:
- Reference Policy and procedures
- Understand position types and position attributes
- Understand relationship between position and employee
- Know how effective dates are used in position management
- Access Action/Reason codes used in position management
- Add new positions
- Maintain and correct position data
- Reuse positions
- Attach funding to a position
